4 Ingredient Slow Cooker Recipe: Salsa Verde Chicken

This recipe is beyond easy and delicious! Simply add 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 2 cups of salsa verde, 2 teaspoons cumin and one bottle of beer (or chicken broth) and cook on high for 4 hours. The chicken will fall apart beautifully. Add cilantro, onion and avocado and add onto a corn tortilla… heaven in your mouth. Trust.
