Save that pickle juice! Pickled Onions

Stop! Put your pickle juice jar down. Step away from the sink. I just saved you from a big mistake.

Do yourself a favor. Cut up some onions and pickle those suckers. Don’t matter if they’re red or white, you won’t be disappointed. It’s a tradition for my household of 1. Once I’m done fishing out my last pickle spear, I slice some onion and pickle them for a few days. Taco Tuesday for me includes some amazing pickled onions. Try it for yourself and let me know.
