Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 mug of coffee
  • Cinnamon

Fill your coffee mug about 3/4 full of coffee. (I made vanilla flavored coffee to add more flavor and sweetness to the latte.)

Combine almond milk and pumpkin in a sauce pan on medium heat for about a minute, stirring. Remove from heat and add vanilla plus the pumpkin pie spice. Stir. Add to your coffee mug and top with some frothy goodness (I created mine by adding some almond milk in a blender for a minute).  Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
